Our painting team starts by inspecting walls and ceilings, protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, doors and windows, and removing loose paint and dirt. Cracks, holes and dents are filled and sanded smooth, and primer is applied where needed for good adhesion. We then apply premium paint in your chosen colours, with a minimum of two coats for even coverage.

Between coats we inspect coverage and correct runs or uneven patches. Doors, frames, skirting and trims, and metal surfaces such as railings and gates, can be painted when included in your quotation. Paint touch-ups for scuffs, patches and move-out repairs are also available as a smaller job.

At handover we remove all masking and covers, clean the work areas, take away painting debris and walk through the result with you for approval.

Not included unless specifically quoted: major plaster or structural repairs, waterproofing, replacing damaged gypsum boards, decorative finishes or wall coverings, moving heavy furniture, and access equipment such as scaffolding, boom lifts or cradles.

Painting in Dubai has its own challenges. Strong sun fades exterior colours and chalks paint on west-facing walls, humidity and AC condensation cause peeling and mould spots in bathrooms and around windows, and tenants moving out often need walls returned to the original colour before the deposit is released.

We paint apartments, villas, offices and shops, from a single feature wall to a full repaint. Interior work covers walls, ceilings, doors, frames and skirting. Exterior work covers boundary walls, villa facades within safe reach, gates and railings. Each job starts with a site visit to check the surfaces and agree colours, finishes and the number of coats.

Preparation is what makes a paint job last, so most of our time goes into it: covering floors and furniture, filling cracks and holes, sanding, treating damp or mould marks, and priming bare plaster or patched areas. Moisture-resistant paint is suggested for bathrooms and kitchens, and washable finishes for children’s rooms and busy corridors.

Most apartment repaints are finished in one to three days depending on size and whether the home is furnished. We work room by room in occupied homes so you can keep living there, and we clean up at the end of each day. After painting, many clients book a post-painting clean to remove fine dust before moving furniture back.
