Sand tracked in from car parks and outdoor areas spreads across large stone floors quickly, and a single spill near an escalator becomes a safety issue within minutes.

During opening hours our day teams work in zones. Washroom attendants check and restock on a fixed round, food court staff clear and wipe tables between diners and keep tray return points tidy, and floor staff respond to spills and keep entrances free of sand. The aim is a mall that always looks ready without visible cleaning getting in the way of shoppers.

Night shifts handle the heavier work once the mall is closed: machine scrubbing of corridors, polishing of stone and tile, glass balustrades and shopfronts, escalator steps and handrails, and deep cleaning of washrooms and back-of-house corridors. Work is logged against an agreed schedule so your facilities team can see what was done each night.

We agree staffing levels, shift patterns and quality checks with your facilities team before starting, and adjust them for peak seasons and events. Supervisors carry out regular inspections and report issues such as damaged fixtures or leaks so they can be fixed quickly.

Seasonal peaks are planned in advance. Before Ramadan, Eid, the Dubai Shopping Festival and school holidays we agree extra day staff, longer washroom rounds and additional night deep cleaning, then return to the normal schedule afterwards.
